We accept returns under the following conditions, within 7 days from the date of delivery:
1. Manufacturing Quality/Defects
Products within their specific shelf life that show irregularities in manufacturing specifications or quality, such as:
• Foul or bad odor
• Hardened or gelled consistency
• Loss of adhesion
Note: These defects must be due to manufacturing or handling issues by MPCTI. A Delivery Incident Report must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving the items.
2. Damaged Items
If the product is damaged during shipment (e.g., dents, cracks, leaks, or bursts), and the issue is visible upon delivery. A report must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item that does not match your purchase order, invoice, delivery receipt, or is mislabeled. We can accept the return if you report it within 7 days of delivery.
4. Missing Items
If the delivered package has missing or incorrect quantities upon opening.
Please report this discrepancy within 7 days of receipt.

• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Additional Notes
• Items must be in their original packaging.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
