PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
CONFIX CARBON FIBER PLATE  is a two-part clear liquid epoxy system designed specifically for wet lay-up and ambient temperature cure of fiber-reinforced composites, such as aramid (Kevlar), carbon fiber, and glass fibers.

It offers high tensile strength fiber composites and a cost-effective structural strengthening system for civil infrastructure repairs. Its viscosity is ideal for hand lay-up processes and cures at ambient temperature. It can also be used as a laminating resin, coating, or an adhesive.

CUSTOMER BENEFITS / AREAS OF APPLICATION:
1. CONFIX CARBON FIBER PLATE - can be applied to strengthen the beams, columns, and slabs in a building. It is possible to increase the strength of these structural members even after they have been severely damaged due to loading conditions.

2. Columns in a building can be wrapped with CONFIX CARBON FIBER PLATE to achieve higher strength. This is called wrapping of columns. The technique works by restraining the lateral expansion of the column.
