PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: BLOCKOUT FLEXOR is a two-component, flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane. It consists of a selected cement blend with well-graded fillers and synthetic resin. BLOCKOUT FLEXOR can be applied onto damp substrates by brush or roller. It is capable of bridging hairline cracks.
