BUILDRITE STOPGAP MR 270ML

STOPGAP MR is a single-component, fast-drying, mold-resistant silicone sealant specially formulated for sealing gaps in damp areas. It is a rubber-like, flexible sealant with excellent sealing performance even under high humidity, UV light, rain and other weathering conditions. It inhibits the growth of mold and other microorganisms, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and other damp areas. 

STOPGAP MR is ideal for sealing a broad range of substrates, including ceramic, porcelain, glass, marble, granite, metals, timber, concrete, mortar, plastics, and other inorganic materials. In addition, it has durable elastomeric properties, making it ideal for interior and exterior sealing applications, especially where flexibility is required.
