TOFIL 806 is a high-quality, eco-friendly, water-based acrylic sealer and binder with fast-bonding properties for porous substrates.  TOFIL 806 is used as a binder for loose or powdery surfaces such as bare plasters, chalky paints, or skim coats, providing a sound preparatory surface for applying a subsequent coating.
